Rimmel Caramel Cupcake

Hello My Love's ❤❤
Hope you are all fantastic!! We are all doing very well. I'm preparing for next week when I will be working full time (first time since I've had AVA!!) It's only for two weeks while the children are on spring break (We usually only do after school programs) so I'm not stressed about leaving Ava because I know it will be over before I know it. I'm actually very excited :)

Anyways, on to the nail polish!! When I was in the states in January I saw that they had Rimmel 60 Second Dry bottles in stock!! I believe it was back in 2011 that Canada only received the original line in the square bottles so I was beyond excited!! I only chose one color called Caramel Cupcake. I remember I had seen swatches and it was on my "wish list" back at home.

In my opinion this is the perfect nude polish!! I always have trouble with tan nudes because my skin is tanned but not too too tanned so nudes can often look the same color as my skin (not cute!!) This polish has a very subtle shine to it that makes it a nice nude without looking like I have no nails lol!! The formula for this is very nice not too thin and not too thick. And even though it was a smaller size bottle they still had the large "easy" applicator. I do hope they send over some full size bottles of these, I hate finding colors I love and only being able to get a small size!!

Have you guys tried the Rimmel London 60 Seconds??

February Favorites

Hey Girly's
Happy Friday!! This week sure flew by!! Last week my mom and sister moved literally 2 minutes away from me (YAY!!)  So no more 20 minute drives for me  everyday :)
It also means I did a lot of unpacking and organizing (I'm such a good daughter and sister lol!!) But I think we finally got everything set up and figured out!! Anyways, today I wanted to share everything I have been using this month. I found some old loves in my collection and fell in love all over again!!

Revlon Girly
I have been obsessed with this polish every since I bought it back in December. It just makes me happy lol!!

NYX Mega Shine Lip gloss in 129 Beige
Why this is called Beige I don't know. It is clearly Pink and I love that!! It smells like bubble gum which I do not mind although I have heard some complain. The best part is that you don't have to apply this 100 times, it stays on for a very long time!!

Hard Candy Fox in a Box in Spicy and Sweet
I love all my Fox in a Box's but I have been using this one a lot lately. It goes with a lot of looks and gives you a nice rosy complexion.
                                                    Britney Spears Perfume in Fantasy
An oldy but a goodie. I have been in love with this since I was sixteen and I think I will  always be. It is a delicious sweet scent that is SO girly. I always get compliments when I wear this!!
Bath and Body Works My Favorite Night Balm
Someone gave this to me for Christmas and I have been using it ever since. It may not last 8 hours (what I'm guessing 'overnight' means) but it lasts longer then any other chap stick I own. I will defiantly be repurchasing this!!
Almay Nearly Naked Foundation in Tan
I don`t really know why I strayed away from this foundation. I don`t wear foundation on an every day base because my skin is so dry and sensitive but this makes it more bearable when I do. It is the only foundation I have tried that I don`t want to take off after 2 hours which really says a lot!!

What are you guys loving this month?? Did you rediscover any old favorite products??

Revlon Strawberry Cream

Hey Ladies
Hope you are all having a fantastic week so far!! Today I am going to share a nail polish color that I have mixed feelings about. Revlon is without a doubt my favorite drug store brand of nail polish because of the great selection and because they are very affordable. But I will be the first to admit that sometimes their formulas are a miss!! The scented line is one that I can not make up my mind about. They have terrific colors and  are very opaque but can sometimes come off a bit streaky. Which can be quiet annoying when you love the color but not the end result :(

Strawberry Cream is a lovely coral pink that smells of delicious strawberry's (and yes you really can smell it!!)

I had trouble capturing the true color of this polish I think the above photo is truest to the real shade. Although half of the photo is blurry....

I love this color but I had a little bit of trouble with the formula. Nothing too difficult that a third coat wouldn't fix but extra effort none the less. So, the verdict....this is not the first polish I would grab for. I'm the type of person that likes an easy application.....and not being the biggest coral fan this would not be my first choice. But I like it enough to keep it around :)

Haul: BCBG, Michaels & Hair Products!!

Hello Ladies
I`ve been very random with my purchases lately. Buying things here and there from different places. Needless to say I have not been spending too much money on splurges and have been really thinking about every item I buy!!

I purchased these two tin containers from Michaels. They are both from the Ashland collection. The large container was 13.99 with a 40% off discount and the smaller size is 7.99 with the same discount!!
I also picked up this bracelet holder. I love this!! It was 10 with a 40% coupon!!
I was in desperate need of heat protection (I ran out a few months ago oops!!)
This was on sale at Wal-Mart for $5
I love trying new hair masks so I picked up two. The first is from the Organix brand called Repairing Awapuhi Ginger. It is supposed to soften and strengthen. It was on sale for $5 at Wal Mart (a new Wal Mart opened by me and they were having a huge opening sale!!)
                                                              (Available Here)
I also picked up Tresemme Rejuvenating Mud Mask. I have used a Tresemme hair repair mask before and was not in love with it, but this seems completely different. This is made with dead sea minerals and promises moisture and 10 times stronger hair!!  I got it for $5.
Last but defiantly not least is my new favorite bracelet from BCBG!! I wanted one of their bracelets last year when they came out but I just never found one (We don`t have any BCBGenerations near me) When I saw this Rose Gold beauty in Winners I had to have it!! Not only is it the saying that I wanted (True Heart ♥ ) but it was in Rose gold!! To top it all of it was only $13 compared to the original bracelets that cost $30!!
                                                              (Available Here)

Have you guys made any purchases lately??

Revlon Chic

Hello Beauty's
It is finally beginning to feel like spring!! I feel like we didn't even get a 'real' winter. But I am defiantly not complaining!! The polish I'm sharing today is not a spring color at all....I am actually not sure why I did not show this to you sooner (like when I bought it in the fall??)

I feel like every time I talk about a blue polish it is the exception to my no-blue-nail-polish rule. I only have a few blue's that I truly love and this one is hard not to!! It is a muted blue that is everything it's name promises 'chic'!!
I just love how soft and subtle this blue is!! Not in your face like most blues tend to be...
The formula for this is great too, not streaks and opaque with two coats!! I just wish Revlon would change their brushes, they are way to thin for my liking!!
